A common characteristic is that they know and live the unity of Christianity. While they are typically "Bible experts" you know immediately that their work is not for doctrinal division. It is as if they have already entered into the truth from this old Russian hymn:
"The King shall come when morning dawns,
And light triumphant breaks;
When beauty gilds the eastern hills,
And life to joy awakes."
