Aren't you tired of reading Christian message boards where ignorant Christians always show their stupidity of well-known biological science and then turn tail and run from any discussion of the evidence proving that evolution is an established fact? |

I am too! That's why I like to read the message

you have a web site, include a link to the ISCID.org
The ISCID has live online chats with smart folk. The ISCID has a journal with well-written and easy to understand articles. The ISCID sponsors conferences. If you have some extra money, join ISCID.

| The web site is ISCID.org.
It is the International Society for
Complexity, Information, and Design (ISCID) which "is a
cross-disciplinary professional society that investigates complex systems
apart from external programmatic constraints like materialism, naturalism,
or reductionism. The society provides a forum for formulating, testing,
and disseminating research on complex systems through critique, peer
review, and publication. Its aim is to pursue the theoretical development,
empirical application, and philosophical implications of information- and
design-theoretic concepts for complex systems.
Its message board is excellent. Even if you do not know biological science, you can follow the discussions. Here is a handy guide.
Beware of arguments that have a Claim and a Conclusion, but no reasoning to tie the two together. The conclusion may be merely an assumption. Beware of arguments that begin by assuming that the world operates only be materialism or naturalism. When "how the world operates" is the question to be answered, it is bad logic to assume that is operates in only one way -- by evolution. You will find many posts by authors claiming that evolution fails to account for the facts and that the reasons given to prove evolution do no such thing. You will find that these authors have the better-reasoned posts. Their posts have the best overall view of all the facts and the least assumptions. And when you say to yourself, "Wow, these folks really know their biology, and can think clearly, and I don't see people calling them ignorant fools," you'll be better able to conclude that when life is analyzed without assumptions by people who know the facts of biological science, evolution fails to describe reality. |
